You may continue browsing, or if you would like to complete your order,

What if an item is displayed as out of stock?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name, as well as
the colour and size preferred and we will double check our inventory of its availability.

Can I request for customised styling advice?
Because we take pride in our fashion expertise, we want to assure satisfaction by
offering tailored styling consultations, at the reach of your wardrobe. Send us an email
for more details at email@example.com if you would like some guidance on fittings, colors, cuts or garment associations.
Do you offer exchanges and refunds?

Do you have a physical store?
We are available only online at the moment. Sign up with us to receive the latest news
of our expansion.
How do I care for Vespertine garments?
Because our Batik fabrics are handmade, we suggest hand wash or gentle machine
cycle (turn your garment inside out and place it into a laundry protective bag).
Dry-cleaning is possible as well.
Turn your garment inside out for ironing (set iron temperature to cotton setting for our Batik and low heat for our Poly fabrics).
We would like to add that Batik being a pure natural fabric, will typically crumple a little with wear and wash, nothing a quick ironing or steaming can't fix.
What are the available modes of payment?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit and credit cards.

How do you ship locally?
We provide free delivery by courier service for all deliveries within Singapore.
How long does local delivery take?
We take 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. You may receive your order between 2 to 5 days business days.
If you'd like to check on your order status, simply click on the link via the email we will have sent you. Shipment delay may subject to public holidays and festive peak period.
Do you ship internationally? What are the rates?
We offer worldwide delivery via Singpost at a flat rate of 30 SGD.
A tracking number and detailed email will be sent to you regarding the shipment. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to know the shipping rate in your currency.
When will my international order arrive?
International shipments typically take 7 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your
location and the speed of customs. Shipment delay may subject to public holidays and
festive peak period.
How can I track my order?
We will notify you via email the confirmation of your purchase with a tracking number and tracking link once the parcel has been arranged.
